Please note all Endomondo users will be able to request a transfer until 2/15/2021.
There was a bug preventing users from establishing a connection between Endomondo and MapMy between 12/31/20 and 1/4/21, but it is now resolved. Please review the step by step instructions documented in our FAQs for establishing a connection and requesting a transfer.
If you already have established a connection and a sync is currently in progress, please be advised that due to a high request volume, your transfer may take up to a week to complete. If it has been more than 7 days and your history has not yet transferred, please contact customer support and provide us with the email address(es) you used on both Endmondo and UA MapMyRun so we can investigate.
