On December 31st, 2020, Endomondo was retired and rendered inoperative. Under Armour has removed Endomondo from all app stores and will no longer provide bug fixes or customer support for any version of the Endomondo app that remains on your device. If you have been tracking workouts in Endomondo, UA MapMyRun provides a comparable tracking experience.

Is there a way to transfer my data from Endo to MapMyRun?
Not at this time. We allowed transfers thru February 15, 2021, which was our published deadline.
I requested an archive of my data, but have not received it. Will I still get it?
Yes, you will receive the export link to your inbox within a few days. Requests can take up to 4 days to process and expire 7 days after delivery. If your link has expired, please log in to Endomondo.com to request a new link.
I requested that my Endomondo data be transferred to my MapMyRun account before the February 15, 2021 deadline, but my workout history isn't transferred yet. Will it complete?
Yes, the intention is to complete all transfer requests that were made before February 15, 2021. If it has been more than 4 days since initiating the transfer and your workout history is still not visible in MapMyRun, please contact support and provide us with the email address(es) you used on both Endmondo and UA MapMyRun so we can investigate.

I paid for a Premium membership with Endomondo. What happens now?
Users who already paid for Premium through December 2020 or beyond will receive a prorated refund, managed by the platform with which you subscribed.

How do I delete my Endomondo account?
Log in to Endomondo.com and click "Delete Account" in the lower right corner. Follow onscreen prompts to submit your deletion request. A confirmation of your deletion request will be sent to the email associated with your account. After 7 days, you'll receive a second email confirming that your user data has been deleted from our servers.
If you've also requested to download your user data, the deletion process will not be initiated until after the download request has been processed. If you log in to your account within the next 7 days, your deletion request will be canceled.
If you do not request deletion, your Endomondo data will be deleted after March 31, 2021.
