Since I am a Blackberry user, if I delete the app from my phone, does this mean my setting regarding web & mobile will become disabled? I was rather bothered that on my phone I could not undo the contacts option.

    Hi Susan,

please do let me clarify that your account will still be active and that you will still be able to access it from the web. If you change to a different platform such as Android, IOS or Windows then you will be able to download the App again and continue with your current Endo account (same username and password).

Thank you very much for your support and please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

    Regards

    Juan

Can't you at least leave the legacy app on blackberry world with the disclaimer that there will be no continued support? The app was working beautifully, I was using almost everyday, and since I had to do a factory reset I'm left in the lurch. I fail to see why making the legacy app available is a downside?

That means I have to give up endomondo at all! Sorry, but I don't get it.... There must be any way to leave the app working in the current version, but without further support. I had to switch from old to new phone and I'm left in the lurch too...

Just moved from RUNTASTIC to ENDOMONDO because runtastic stopped its support of their app on BB10... Now same thing with Endomondo...

I was just going to go Premium as well, glad I didn't waste my money! there are millions of Blackberry Users - me included, people use them for business - unlike iphones and android - looks like I will be finding a different app! Why are you phasing it out?

The reason WHY there aren't a million people on here for blackberry is because they are too busy working! ANDROID, iOS, all fine , games but you know this was the ONLY app that worked so damn well on my blackberry 7 , I'm so UPSET! at the very LEAST give us a link to download the app to THE MILLIONS of blackberry's, PLEASE !! how difficult is that? nobody want you to support it-I t never needed support just keep it available for us to download it!! omg it's like discrimination against those who have to use a physical keyboard??? that's NOT nice! . omg, please, just post a permanent LINK for us to download your app! I have it on android but I have to go back to my blackberry. (my blood pressure is like a volcano, jeesh)

Come on Endomondo. Get your act together! This is a ridiculous decision as many have noted. Did you even bother to check how many of your existing customers use Blackberry for your product? Your suggestion of still accessing our account from the website is almost insulting. Others have made some good suggestions about including a link on your site for downloading to Blackberry's at the very minimum or agree to keep it on Blackberry World if that is the only way we can download it.

Dear Juan, I absolutely agree with Paul Burnham. Is it possible to give us link for BB users? I have used Endomondo for 4 years. I really don´t want to change it. Was the final decision already made or is there any chance that we can get any soft version of Endomondo for BB user.
    Thank you for your answer

Blackberry users, if you perform a Backup of your Blackberry device using Blackberry Link, you can always re-install the app from your backup, and this includes all previous history etc.

Unfortunately, a lot of apps are being discontinued now, Whats App finishes 2016 Dec for BB, Facebook has already gone, I think Blackberry are going to push everyone onto Android over time.... Sad but true...

(by the way, you need to do a FULL Device Backup not `quick'

Let BB users have the old app and keep us or we'll just have to say good-bye.

Totally agree, please leave the legacy app with any kind of disclaimer available ... or at least remove the limiation of the Android version, that it won't run on a BB10 device...
