The difference between PRO and Premium
The basic difference between PRO and Premium is that for the PRO app you pay a one time fee, whereas Premium is an ongoing subscription.
The recurring Premium subscription ($5.99 USD/month or $29.99 USD/year) gives you access to all the features in the app and on the website. You can see the feature overview at www.endomondo.com/features.
The PRO app will no longer be available from iPhone versions newer than 8.9 and Android versions newer than 10.3. PRO app users will still be able to access all the PRO features when entering the Free App with their PRO credentials (Only PRO users will be able to access them from the Free App). For Premium users we offer Priority support. You will find the address for priority support in your Welcome to Premium email and at the bottom of every page of this guide. You can use that whenever you have any questions or feedback for us. We try to reply to all emails within 24 hours during weekdays.
Which phones support Endomondo Premium?
iPhone (iOS 7 and newer, but at least iOS 9 for the latest Premium features), Android phones (OS 2.2+ but at least 4.1 for the latest Premium features), Windows Phone (8.1 and newer but please note that we do not officially support Windows 10 so it is very likely that some of the features will not work as expected.) and Blackberry phones (OS 10 and newer) are all supported (unfortunately the Blackberry App is no longer available for download from Blackberry World). Some of the features are however, not supported on Blackberry and Windows Phone. If you have Premium on the website, your app will automatically update to Premium and vice versa.
Premium not transferring from web to app or vice versa
If you have purchased the Premium subscription via the in-app purchase on your smartphone and your account hasn't upgraded on the web, please try to logout/login on the website. This will force a callback from the website to the phone and will normally fix issues like this. If the problem persists please write an email to Premium support.

Coupons and Paypal
Just copy the code which was automatically generated on www.endomondo.com to the 'Coupon Code' field. If you have a coupon code that you have already entered in an "upgrade" site on www.endomondo.com, you need to re-enter it to the 'Coupon Code' field once you have been transferred to the PayPal payment page.

Change or cancel subscription
If you have signed up for Premium via www.endomondo.com you can manage your subscription on www.endomondo.com/settings/subscription
If you have purchased the Premium subscription via in-app purchase on your smartphone, you can manage your subscription on the subscription page in your App Store (Google Play or Apple App Store).

Change credit card details
If you have signed up for Premium via www.endomondo.com you can change your credit card details at this page. You need to sign in with your Endomondo credentials. If you have changed your password on Endomondo since you signed up you have to create a new one on the pass above. This will not affect your Endomondo password, only the password on the payment page.
