- Question: How do I change my Recurly email?
Before late 2014 Endomondo offered a in-app purchase called PRO. PRO unlocked a few of the Premium features for life. Please note that the PRO in-app purchase is no longer available for purchase in the Endomondo application.
The basic difference between PRO and Premium is that for the PRO app you pay a one time fee, whereas Premium is an ongoing subscription.
The recurring Premium subscription gives you access to all the features in the app and on the website. You can see the feature overview at www.endomondo.com/features.
The PRO app will no longer be available from iPhone versions newer than 8.9 and Android versions newer than 10.3. PRO app users will still be able to access all the PRO features when entering the Free App with their PRO credentials (Only PRO users will be able to access them from the Free App). Please note that if you upgrade to Premium for a period of time and then decide to roll back, you will still be able to use all PRO features.

Which phones support Endomondo Premium?
iPhone (iOS 7 and newer, but at least iOS 9 for the latest Premium features) and Android phones (At least 4.1 for the latest Premium features). The app is no longer available for download for Blackberry and Windows Phones.
If you have Premium on the website, your app will automatically update to Premium and vice versa.
Premium not transferring from web to app or vice versa
If you have purchased the Premium subscription via the in-app purchase on your smartphone and your account hasn't upgraded on the web, please try to logout/login on the website. This will force a callback from the website to the phone and will normally fix issues like this. If the problem persists please write an email to Premium support.
If you have purchased the Premium subscription via the web signup on www.endomondo.com and your account hasn't upgraded on your smartphone, please try to logout/login in the app (data connection on your phone is needed). Change or cancel subscription
If you have signed up for Premium via www.endomondo.com you can manage your subscription on www.endomondo.com/settings/subscription
Updating Credit card information.
If you have signed up for Premium via www.endomondo.com you can change your credit card details through Recurly. You need to sign in with your Endomondo credentials. If you have changed your password on Endomondo since you signed up you have to create a new one on the pass above. This will not affect your Endomondo password, only the password on the payment page.
If you have purchased the Premium subscription via in-app purchase on your smartphone, you can manage your subscription on the subscription page in your App Store (Google Play or Apple App Store).

Answer: If you are sure that you are logged in to the correct account, then our support team needs to be contacted directly to resolve this issue. You can contact us here.
Answer: Please note that closing / deleting your Endomondo profile does not cancel an ongoing subscription you may have active via the website (Recurly), iTunes or Google play. You will need to cancel the subscription directly via the respective service.
Answer: No, Endomondo is an recurring subscription and therefore Google Play credits cannot be used. Only an active credit card connected to your Google Play account can be used to purchase a Endomondo Premium subscription.
Answer: No, Endomondo is an recurring subscription and therefore pre-paid Paypal balance cannot be used. Only an active credit card connected to your Paypal account can be used to purchase a Endomondo Premium subscription.
Answer: Please make sure that you are logged in using the correct credentials, it can happen that users create a new account by accident which can make it seem that there is no premium on either end. If this is not the case, please contact our support team here so that we can look into the issue.
Answer: Recurly is the payment gateway that we use for subscriptions created via the website, this is not a phishing email. If you are still in doubt you are welcome to contact our support team directly here.
Answer: To change the email linked to Recurly, our payment gateway for the website, please follow the instructions below:
-Log in on https://endomondo.recurly.com/ with the email address you used on Endomondo at the time when you first created the subscription.
-Go to the top right corner and click your name.
-Select 'Change email'Once you've done this the invoices will be the sent to your new email address.
